Search YouTube on search tab then go to You Tube. If you are viewer of You Tube you have one Gmail id . Either you can start You Tube channel with that user id or you can click on Switch Accounts and you can use another user id .
You can see a option named as create a channel
click on it.
Next create a name for your channel
After creating a channel you will get a success message
