How To Start A Blog?

First thing you should have G-mail Account
Sign in to that account 
On right top corner you can see your pr0file details and Google apps
 





Click on Google apps

Scroll Down click on More

Then click on Blogger
or you can search direct link

https://www.blogger.com/about/?r=1-null_user

Then Sign in .
